Dots are the suit of tiles numbered one to nine that show circles.

Dots are the suit the soap belongs to, since the white dragon pairs with dots wherever a hand wants a matching dragon. The mistake is treating a lone plain white tile as junk in a dots hand, when it may be exactly the dragon that line is asking for.
