Try before you buy
The first three lessons and every practice tool — the Charleston trainer, the hand analyzer, and the drill room — are free, with no signup. You can get a real feel for how we teach before you ever pay.
The 14-day guarantee
If you buy Pro and it’s not for you, email us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll refund it, no questions asked. This applies to both the monthly and the annual plan.
To request a refund, just email support@schoolofmahjong.com from the address you purchased with, or with your order details, and we’ll take care of it.
Cancelling a membership
You can cancel anytime from your account page using the “Manage billing” link, which opens Stripe’s secure portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
After the 14-day window, we generally don’t refund partial unused time on a plan, but if something went wrong — a double charge, a billing mistake — email us and we’ll always make it right.
