Try before you buy
The first three lessons, the daily hand and its read, the Charleston trainer, and the hand analyzer are free, with no signup. So are Read the Hand and Best Pass in the drill room, three Defend the Table positions a day, and three whole games a day at the Play a Hand table.

The 14-day guarantee
If you join the Club and it’s not for you, email us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll refund it, no questions asked.
If an email or page from us promised you a longer refund window before you bought, that longer window applies to that purchase. The retired one-time $39 course, for example, came with a 30-day guarantee.
To request a refund, just email support@schoolofmahjong.com from the address you purchased with, or with your order details, and we’ll take care of it.
Cancelling
You can cancel a membership at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Outside the money-back window we generally don’t refund a period already charged, but if something went wrong, a double charge, a billing mistake, or a stretch where the site was not working properly, email us and we’ll always make it right.
If you bought the retired one-time $39 course, there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge to stop. That access stays with you permanently, as promised when you bought it.
