Definition
Mah Jongg is the National Mah Jongg League's spelling of mahjong, and in the United States it usually signals the American game played with the League's yearly card.
Every spelling refers to the same family of tile games. The two-word form with two g's is the American league's; single-word mahjong is the general and international spelling.
