Definition
Singles and Pairs is the section of the card whose hands are made only of single tiles and pairs, which cannot use jokers and are usually the highest paying on the card.
No jokers means every tile must be drawn or called naturally, which is why these hands are rare and why they pay. Attempt one only when the deal already holds several of the pairs.
